More snow today. I didn't want to write, because I don't like to write without a photo. So I found a photo...of me. It wasn't my preference. I wanted to do more Ryan Kwan Do, but I'm out of computing energy for the day.
Yesterday at Ryan Kwan do we worked on our upper body and power. I'm sure RKD will be sad to hear that Rich and I were able to climb today at the gym. Guess I didn't push myself to failure, but I swear I could not do another push up while Rich was pressing down on my back. Maybe I spent too much time laughing at the fact that I couldn't move at all. Shit.
On the other hand, I'm feeling pretty tired tonight. I expect by tomorrow morning I won't be able to lift my arms.
My finger is really bothering me when I type. The one I got stuck in the crack is also the fore finger on my right hand and the one I use the most. OUch!
Who is Jean Jean the Dancing Machine...? Maybe more will be revealed later. much later...
Last night we went to an NACC meeting. A new board was elected and hopefully time for a new era, not to say anything against the old era. I'm looking forward to some new and exciting adventure with the local (and non-local) climbers we have in Flagstaff. There is a huge community here despite being a small town. They've had as many as 300 people attend meetings in the past. That is unheard of.
I can't watch a movie and try to write this thing at the same time. So...maybe another day I'll have something important to share, but not tonight.
