Rich Opens His Birthday Present

Today RicheZ Kitchen Aid Mixer showed up. He's so happy! I was hoping I'd get some goodies tonight, but it's just as well. It sure is a nice mixer, isn't it?
I guess moderation and pacing is not in the cards for me, yet. I accidently took an hour hike, rode my bike to work, climbed at the gym and went to yoga on Tuesday. None of it really seemed like much--except the yoga. But I've been paying for it since. I'm so le tired today, yesterday...probably tomorrow.
Rich took my car to work and I had every intention of riding my bike. I got a little way down the road and turned around. I asked the boss to work from home. It was really nice to be home and Champ was happy to not have to hang out by himself all day. I got work done too.
